Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress, who came into the spotlight after her performance in the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. The actress has been in many of shows and movies throughout her career. Additionally, she's interested in theatre from a young age. It was at the community theatre that she began her first acting experiences. Her first role on television was at age 13. Her last name was changed to, "Chow", in 2017 to blame for the Hollywood stereotyping industry. Her comments were criticized as demeaning her Chinese origins by media. An undergraduate student studying human rights in Columbia University she is widely well-known in Hollywood because of her diverse and unique characters. It is said that she's one of the most exciting actors.

Barbara was one of Hollywood's most popular performers. She was the director of the main part in Always and Forever, which airs on Hallmark Channel several times throughout 2009. Additionally, she hosted Ballroom with a Twist the groundbreaking new show which features actors who are rotating as emcees and dancers on Dancing with the Stars. Barbara appeared in the Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, as a guest on ABC's George Lopez and played a regular role in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara starred in Neil Simon's adaptation of The Odd Couple for women and on stage with Hal Linden in Love Letters. Barbara was a guest at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri to perform in the musical Social Security in 2012. The production aired in Jacksonville Florida, USA during the season of summer 2014.
